We only accept refunds if the item was produced incorrectly. Once we're satisfied the mistake was in-house, a full refund will be issued.

We can ship your item using the following options: Royal Mail 2nd Class and DPD. Tracking is only available with DPD selection.

All orders placed between 22nd Dec 2022 and 3rd Jan 2023 will be dispatched from the 4th Jan 2023 onwards.
