As well as the ability to print on traditional papers and board, we can also print directly onto any thickness of plastic sheet, self-adhesive stickers, banners and showcards for the Point-of-Purchase industry.
We can also print directly onto clients material such as metal instrument panels and preformed injection moulded products.

Printing is carried out on a variety of screen printing equipment ranging from fast accurate automatic machines to hand benches capable of printing 2.5 x 1metres in one piece. This set up allows us to offer maximum flexibility, ensuring that each order is handled in the most cost effective way dependant on its complexity and any quantity from a "one-off" through to runs of thousands.
Equipment also includes automatic UV curing units which utilises the latest UV ink technology that has the advantage of being solvent free and therefore non polluting and environmentally friendly.
Further state of the art equipment includes a computer-controlled guillotine capable of cutting papers, boards and plastics up to 1500mm wide. |
